Summary: Kind of a sequel to this drabble, I guess: Blaine is an elementary school teacher, Kurt’s daughter is in his class. When the school announces a chili cook-off to raise money for their arts program, Kurt signs up for it.

Of course Kurt signs up at once for the school’s chili cook-off fundraiser. Blaine had both counted on and been afraid of it when he’d sent out the invitations to his students’ parents.
He pays double the fee necessary to enter because “the arts are important, Blaine. You know that as well as I do.”
Blaine nods and gives Kurt a smile over their coffees. And it won’t be so bad, right, because they have been getting coffee every other Sunday afternoon for two months now, talked about memories and stuff happening in the present. It’s not like they haven’t spent time with each other ever since the day they met again in Blaine’s classroom. But this is- Blaine doesn’t know what this is but the faint memory of Kurt’s chili stirs something in him he can’t quite place.
